FINE ART PRINTS
Lets be perfectly clear, there is a lot of work out there that is promoted as fine art photography, much of it is clichés’, images of the standard subjects poorly edited and printed on low grade materials and offered in unlimited quantities.
Brad has purposely moved beyond those limitations, his images are all edited to perfection and printed on substrates that perfectly match the artistic intentions of the image and are only produced in strict limited editions, with the exception of Fine Art Cards, which are still limited but to much greater numbers of 1,000.
In fact some images are limited to as little as 5 and most are no more than 50, all signed and numbered of course.
Images are scaled to suit their purpose and sold only in that size, there are no standard sizes or crops as Brad firmly believes that composition should never be compromised by the need to match a specific print dimension.
The print materials include a range of smooth and textured fine art papers, high-end photo canvases and even include some ultra glossy materials for some works where the effect is appropriate. The information attached to each image indicates which substrate is used.
Naturally all images are printed using the best archival inks ensuring that colour clarity should well outlive the prints owner.
All “Art Prints” are printed by “Arthead”, a Goulburn based company catering to the needs of demanding artists. The prints are fully colour calibrated to match proofs provided by the artist so you can be sure your prints will be perfectly in tune with Brad’s image creation intentions.
Canvas images are sold stretched and un-stretched and are spray laminated and ready for hanging. If you live in Australia we recommend stretched versions, as although this adds to the cost of postage, it ensures the image is presented exactly as intended, as many images have printed colour surrounds which form part of the overall presentation, which necessitates very accurate stretching methods.
Some paper prints also have a printed-in border and are intended to be mounted without a matt board, super gloss prints are only provided mounted ready for framing without glass, although they can be hung without frames and look very effective when treated this way.

Fine Art Cards are printed directly by Brad and his wife Wendy. Premium series images are of course printed on fine art papers and mounted in Acid Free card surrounds.
These are produced in sets of 4 for $50.00 including postage and are available for viewing and purchase from the gallery section of this web page.
